Jamie Lynn Spears and her 18 year old boyfriend are finally engaged! (I wonder why this dude is not in jail for having sex with a minor?) Well, anyways today Jamie steals the limelight off her sister Britney and hopes/wishes/dreams to have a happy future together with her new fiance.
